I had an appointment to have my cable installed because I had just moved. After going back and forth with several different managers, lead members, and supervisors, I spoke to a woman, Kenshia who was in charge of the dispatch of the technicians. She was hands down the RUDEST person I had ever spoken to. After asking to speak to a manager she said "yeah sure" and hung up on me.
